The Dolphin is made from end of life neoprene that was recycled in our facility, via a 100% mechanical process.
Just like all the other neoprene products we make from old or damaged wetsuits, each stage of the journey to create the Dolphin is powered solely by solar energy, with no melting, burning or use of dangerous chemicals. Plus, every non-neoprene part of the old wetsuit, such as the plastic or metal zips, are recycled into the yoga mats – so the process really is zero waste.
